Code of Conduct concerning all Forms of Harassment and Discrimination.
With an international mindset, 3DPIXELGRAPHIC makes it possible to work with colleagues, clients, talent, partners and stakeholders from anywhere in the world. We want this agency to be a place where everyone can work effectively, communicate easily, and feel safe — at any time. We have zero-tolerance against sexism, racism, homophobia and we are dedicated to providing a harassment-free work environment for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. We’ve developed this code of conduct to help create a safe and respectful environment for everyone who works with or at our agency.
- Unacceptable Behavior — online or in person
- Disrespect towards others, including jokes, negative stereotyping, innuendo, dismissive attitudes
- Personal insults, including those related to ability, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, origin or religion
- Violence, threats of violence or violent language directed against another person
- Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or otherwise discriminatory jokes, behavior
- Unwelcome, suggestive, derogatory or inappropriate nicknames or terms
- Spreading negative and damaging rumors or gossip about other persons
- Inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention behavior
- Mocking, mimicking or belittling a person’s disability or origin
- Deliberate ignoring, exclusion or isolation of other team members
- Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior
Aside this list of unacceptable behavior, remember that everyone is their own best judge of what they deem offensive and what makes them uncomfortable. Do not continue offensive behavior if someone asks you to stop.
Reporting
If you witness behaviour that violates this code of conduct, please reach out to us at speakup@3DPIXELGRAPHIC.com or get in touch with anyone from 3DPIXELGRAPHIC’s management team. 3DPIXELGRAPHIC will treat all reports as important and address the situation — we may ask you for additional information about the offending user or space. Our position is that no harassment of any kind should take place, and all team members have a responsibility to ensure at all times that their own behavior does not offend others — and we expect the same from all the partners we collaborate with.
Consequences
Anyone who is asked to stop any harassing behavior is expected to comply immediately. We retain the right to take any actions to keep the agency a welcoming environment for every team member and everyone who is working with us. This includes warning the offender or exclusion from the agency or ending the relationship with the agency if the situation does not improve.
